The Parents and Citizens (P&C) Association is a school-based organisation with membership open to parents, teachers, students and interested citizens. P&C events provide excellent opportunities for families to connect, whether through volunteering, collaborating on events, or simply enjoying the social aspect. The P&C supports the school financially by fundraising for projects and assisting with events.
The P&C aims to:
- Provide a platform to bring parents, citizens, students and teaching staff together;
- Give parents a chance to be aware of all College activities;
- Provide opportunity to contribute to the College’s resources through various fundraising events and
- Engage members in determining how the funds we have raised is best spent to help the students.

Meetings
Meetings are a valuable way to work together to support the College, benefit students, and build a stronger community. P&C membership and participation in P&C meetings are voluntary. The P&C meetings provide great opportunity to meet other parents, hear about what is going on within the school and to voice your opinion on how P&C funds should be distributed. In addition, the Principal will report on College activities and be able to answer questions you may have. We always welcome new ideas from the community.
The P&C welcomes new members to come along to meetings which are held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the College Conference Room. Please contact the President to learn more about our P&C. You can keep up to date on the P&C activities by following us on Facebook.

Containers for Change
As part of Ellenbrook Secondary College’s sustainability initiatives, the College, in partnership with the P&C Association, is participating in the Containers for Change program. This initiative not only helps reduce waste and protect our environment, but also raises valuable funds to support student activities and resources.
Every container you donate contributes directly to the P&C, helping fund camps, activities, and opportunities for our students. Together, we can make a positive difference for both our environment and our College community.
