The Board is made of up of parents, community and staff representatives. The Board’s fundamental purpose is to enable parents and members of the community to engage in activities that are in the best interests of students and will enhance the educational experience provided by the College.
The Board has the following responsibilities:
- Approval of the Annual College Plan.
- Evaluating the College’s performance by endorsing the Annual Report.
- Formulating codes of conduct for students at the College.
- Determining the dress code for students when they are attending or representing the College.
- Promoting the College in the community.
- Approving charges and contributions.
- Endorsing the annual College budgets.
- Providing advice to the Principal.
Board meetings are held twice per term on Mondays Week 5 and 9 at 5:00 pm in the College conference room.

Board AGM – 8 December 2025
All members of the Ellenbrook Secondary College community are invited to attend the College Board Annual General Meeting (AGM) on
Monday, 8 December 2025, at 5.00 pm in the Administration Building.

The AGM provides an opportunity to hear about the College’s key achievements over the past year and a fantastic chance to meet our Board members.
The College Board plays an important role in enabling parents and community members to contribute to decision-making on matters such as College policies,
branding (e.g., uniforms), and key publications including the Annual Report, Financial Reports, and the College Plan.
We would also like to formally notify our community that there are vacancies available on the College Board for the 2026–2028 term.
