𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 & 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗯𝘆𝗲𝘀 – 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝟭𝟮 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 As our Year 12 students prepare to say farewell, many have taken the time to express their appreciation to the staff who’ve supported them throughout their journey. From handwritten notes to thoughtful gifts, these gestures have truly touched our hearts.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve celebrated your achievements with spirited staff vs student matches — volleyball, futsal, netball, and AFL — and themed dress-up days that brought joy and laughter to the campus.
To our Year 12s: thank you for your kindness, your memories, and your gratitude. You’ve left a lasting mark on our hearts, and we’re incredibly proud of the people you’ve become.
Thank you for being part of our journey — you’ll always be part of the Ellenbrook family.
𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝟯 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 Three down, one more to go… yay!!! Wishing all our students and families a safe and enjoyable break. See you back in Term 4 on Tuesday, 14 October.
𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 Thank you to everyone who joined us on yesterday, for our annual Science Fair! The event was a huge success, with families, students, and staff coming together to celebrate the exciting world of science.
The afternoon was filled with creativity and curiosity as our students showcased a wide variety of interactive investigations and experiments. From a slime making workshop, wind powered boats, and drone flying to the crowd-favourite liquid nitrogen and dry ice demonstrations, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
Our students have been working hard for weeks to prepare their projects, and it was wonderful to see their efforts come to life. A big congratulations to all our students for putting on another fantastic Science Fair and to our dedicated Science staff for making the event possible.
𝗜𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 "𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗙𝗶𝘃𝗲"! Today, Year 12 student Ethan proudly became the first to redeem a “Crisp High Five” using his well-earned Koda Points — exchanging 5 points for a high five from a teacher of his choice, Mrs Hallett.
As part of the reward, Ethan also presented Mrs Hallett with a special sticker, worn with pride to signify she had been crisply high-fived by a true Koda Warrior.
The Koda Shop has been open to Year 12s during Lunch 1 this Tuesday and Wednesday, offering fun and meaningful rewards.
Years 7–11: Your turn is coming in Term 4 — keep earning those points!
We’re proud to share that Aceline and Agatha Villazor have been recognised as two of the first teenage ambassadors globally to officially advocate for Meningococcal Type-B awareness.
As part of their recent visit to the Meningitis Centre, the girls won a Shark Tank-style pitch activity where they presented an impactful In-person Awareness Strategy and showcased a creative Social Media Awareness campaign.
To continue spreading awareness, the girls will be putting up posters around the school and engaging with peers. We encourage everyone to support them in this important initiative — they’ll be sharing more with you in person soon!
A heartfelt thank you to the Meningitis Centre for this incredible opportunity. Aceline and Agatha thoroughly enjoyed the experience and are excited to make a difference.
Their passion and commitment to public health is truly inspiring!

Students hiked along clay tracks, tackled white water kayaking (with thanks to Paddle WA!), and dominated the emergency shelter challenge, showcasing their quick thinking and teamwork.
Over the two days, they demonstrated strong outdoor skills, applying Leave No Trace principles, conservation awareness, and resilience during the overnight stay — putting their camping and survival knowledge to the test one last time.
