Facility Hire

Ellenbrook Secondary College hires its facilities to local community groups and/or events. If you are interested in hiring the College facility, please complete the facilities request form below. The College will assess your application in line with the Community Usage of Facilities College Policy and notify you of the outcome as soon as possible. If you have questions about our hire rates or policies, you’re welcome to email ellenbrook.sc@education.wa.edu.au 

Please note that if you would like to hire the College’s oval outside of school hours, this must be done through the City of Swan.

Transportable Classroom	32 pax	Tables, seating, whiteboard, projector (laptop is not supplied)	$56 to $65 per hour + Admin fee Cleaning charges (if required)
Note: Pricing subject to group size Admin fee on application Cleaning fee is only applicable if additional cleaning is required College events will take priority. Where possible, hirers will be provided with ample notice of any changes/cancellations.
