The Year 7 Gifted and Talented Humanities and Social Science class were treated (quite literally) to an informative and engaging incursion with local entrepreneur and Ellenbrook SC graduate, Aisha Mort. The class is studying Economics and Business and has recently finished a Shark Tank project for their first assessment. Aisha created the sweets business ‘Sugar Smack’ in 2021 and shared with students her story of business creation. Sugar Smack creates delicious brownies and cookies for all occasions, and the Year 7 students were allowed to sample some of her tasty treats.
