Hello Parents/Guardians,
I hope everyone has returned to school refreshed and ready to go again. Last term the DSM program was up and running with students from current serving Defence families meeting at designated lunch times to interact and support each other.
Myself and two of our Aboriginal Defence students also had the privilege of attending the Remembering Indigenous Service at the State War Memorial. The students got to meet other Defence and Indigenous students from other schools and had the opportunity to mingle with dignitaries. We capped off the term with our highly anticipated pizza lunch which the students loved.ย ย
If there are any current serving Defence members with Children in Ellenbrook Secondary, Arbor Grove Primary, Ellen Stirling Primary or Malvern Springs primary schools, please get in touch and I can ensure that your child is included in the DSM program if theyโd like to be included as well as answer any questions you may have.
