Contributions and Charges Year 7-12
This booklet contains essential information about the College for parents and students and also outlines contributions and charges for 2023.
In accordance with the Department of Education Contributions, Voluntary Charges and Fees Policy; the College is requesting a voluntary contribution of $235 for each Year 7 – 10 student which goes toward the cost of materials, services and facilities used by students.
Compulsory charges apply to all high cost options in Years 8 to 10. Charges are compulsory costs and generally raised for high cost options, extra-curricular activities and optional College-based activities.
In accordance with the Department of Education Contributions, Charges and Fees Policy; compulsory charges apply to all courses in Year 11 and 12 to cover certificates, consumables and auspicing.
Online Payments
If you would like to establish a direct debit plan with the College to pay any fees and charges related to your child’s study, you can do so by filling out a Direct Debit Form.

Applications are due by 8 April 2023. Simply return the completed forms to our Front Office to submit them.
Secondary Assistance Scheme Public Schools: 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Department of Human Services (Centrelink) Health Care Card; Card holder must be the parent/guardian
- Department of Human Services (Centrelink) Pensioner Concession Card; Card holder must be the parent/guardian
- Department of Veteran Affairs; Pensioner Concession Card
Students must be enrolled in Years 7 to 12 and studying a full-time secondary course. The allowance is paid up to and including the year the student turns 18 years of age (i.e. not eligible if born in 2003 or before).
