Library

Students enrolled at Ellenbrook Secondary College automatically become members of the Ellenbrook Community Library.

Ellenbrook Community Library is a Joint Use facility between the Department of Education and the City of Swan.

With a City of Swan Library card, our students can discover the extensive collection of library items, including a Young Adult section, graphic novels, and non-fiction resources to assist with school projects.

Students and Teachers have 24/7 access to the library’s online catalogue and eLibrary, which includes eBooks, eMagazines, eAudiobooks, eMovies and various eResources.

More information is available on the library’s website, https://www.swan.wa.gov.au/Your-Services/Libraries

Students can explore technologies by using the Library’s 3D Printer and Virtual Reality equipment or use a wide variety of musical instruments, record their own songs, develop podcasts of their stories and poems . They can relax, learn or create in the flexible spaces available in the library.

Students can connect by using free internet, Wi-Fi, public computers and printing facilities.

College and Library staff meet regularly to create opportunities for collaboration and to ensure the library is a place that is welcoming to everyone in the community.
